Derek Heppe

Derek Heppe is wonderful. This is our second experience dealing with Derek and on both occasions he has been the consummate professional. Our first experience was when we purchased o home in Myrtle Beach in 2010 and the second time was when we sold the home in 2016. You absolutely cannot go wrong in choosing Ace Realty as your realtor whether it is for purchasing or selling your home.

Derek was instrumental in handling the contract negotiations with a FSBO home that we have purchased. The process was rapid – we saw the home on a Saturday at 10AM, met Derek at 11AM, and he took a contract back by 2PM. Our offer was accepted, he picked up the contract, and was back with us by 5PM. We closed this past week, one month later. He was extremely helpful and we could not have managed the details without him. He is very courteous and professional and we are so thankful he guided us through this process.
