Derek was instrumental in handling the contract negotiations with a FSBO home that we have purchased. The process was rapid – we saw the home on a Saturday at 10AM, met Derek at 11AM, and he took a contract back by 2PM. Our offer was accepted, he picked up the contract, and was back with us by 5PM. Loretta Ray-Smith Sold my house for me when no one else would touch it. It was a rehab in the middle of demo that I could not finish.
