Talwin Davis

Talwin Davis is a REALTOR® that believes in putting the client first.  Working hard for them from the start, to the end and beyond that transaction. His passion for client/customer service is absolutely amazing. Talwin is a native of the Grand Strand area. Having grown up in Marion County and working in Myrtle Beach from the young age of 15, Talwin has witnessed the transformation of the Grand Strand from merely trees and sand to the city and tourist destination it is today.  Talwin did however move to Atlanta for a short time during the early 90s only to find his way back to Myrtle Beach.  Continuing to live on the Grand Strand for the past 20 years at which time, Talwin found himself as a General Manager in the retail industry for 15 years, where he mastered his craft of customer service and negotiation.   He was revered as a strong leader amongst his peers.  Now, Talwin brings that same desire, passion and work ethic to the world of real estate.  Working with and learning from some of the best agents in the area; Talwin brings an amazing work ethic, knowledge and drive to satisfy each and every customer/client.
